Confirmation & Payment
Booking confirmation and payment must be made in accordance to the invoice, depending on the service booked to guarantee the availability of Lay. therapists.
Confirmation and payment are required at least 7 days before the scheduled massage date.

Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 14 days for Lay Lite & Lay Plus. Lay Luxe will require a minimum of 30 days lead time for each booking, depending on the complexity.
We have a minimum booking time of 2 hours per booking.
Cancellation Policy
Date & time changes must be communicated 7 days prior to the event date, otherwise, charges will be subjected to cancellation fees.
A ‘change of date’ will be treated as a new booking and is subject to standard notice requirements.
All due effort will be made to accommodate a Change of Date request which will incur no charge provided that enough notice is made in accordance with the Confirmation & Payment section.
Bookings which start or finish on or between 8.00 pm and 9:00 am will incur an Early/Late Night Booking Fee of RM30 + SST per therapist.
Lay. cannot be held responsible for any liabilities resulting from the treatments provided.
Time extensions
Time extensions are subject to a regular hourly rate of RM65 per therapist (exclusive of SST). The added charges to the client will be confirmed with management before allowing the therapists to proceed.
Travel time
Services are only available in the Klang Valley area.
All packages are subject to parking, transportation and handling fees.
We will always be flexible as possible with our travel fees. Our only interest is to ensure our therapists' travel time and costs incurred are covered.
